NET-TEL provides an FTP server (ftp.net-tel.co.uk) for customers to retrieve updates and to upload files requested by Support.
If you wish to upload files to NET-TEL, you may place them in
/pub/incoming
Please note that for security reasons, you will not be able to see files you have
placed in the incoming directory.
If you have been given a URL by support, you will need to enter the complete URL (e.g. ftp://ftp.net-tel.co.uk/support/q1654w12/upgrade.zip) as the contents of the support directory are hidden for security reasons.
