Calendaring and Scheduling
Easy-to-use personal diary and meeting management that is built-in to the UIC

- At-a-glance schedule - forthcoming events are clearly shown
- Appointments and Events - record appointments and all-day events, add rich text annotations and attach documents
- Personalised reminders - reminders for appointments with configurable sounds
- Meeting management - graphical review of participant availability with simple arrangement of meetings via e-mail
- Open working - adherence to the IETF iCalendar standards allows interaction with third-party products and Internet solutions

Manager/Secretary operation
Embedded support for secretarial e-mail assistance, mirroring traditional paper mail handling
